PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DUAYEN E-128 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. High surface hardness, water and chemical resistance, high mechanical resistance, easy cleaning are its distinctive features.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is applied as an intermediate coat and top coat on metal or concrete in areas where factories, warehouses, shopping malls, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, laboratories, parking lots, treatment plants, heavy forklifts and corrosive chemicals are used.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
For sheet metal surfaces: Sandblasting should be done at Sa 2 ½ level to achieve top performance. Sandblasted surface should be primed with Epoxy Primer rich in zinc phosphate.
Dust and loose textures on concrete surfaces should be completely cleaned. The prepared concrete surface should be primed with Duayen Solvent Free Epoxy Primer (AS-148), taking into account the application instructions, to be impregnated. Cracks and pits on the surface, if any, should be repaired using epoxy putty.
Solvent Free Epoxy Application:
The primed surface is applied with E-200 Duayen Solvent Free Epoxy topcoat with a brush or roller, taking into account the application instructions, with a dry film of approximately 200-300μ.
Application Conditions / Limits
Substrate Temperature: Minimum +10°C / Maximum +30°C
Ambient Temperature: Minimum +10°C / Maximum +30°C
Surface Moisture Content: Moisture content < 4% by weight
Relative Humidity: Up to 80%
Dew Point: The surface ground temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Preparation of the mixture
Component A is mixed in itself, then all the hardener in the small box is poured into the main material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared mixture should be used within 45 minutes (23°C) after resting for 2-3 minutes.
Application tools: Brush, roller, Airless spray
Cleaning: Equipment used with Duayen Epoxy Thinner should be cleaned before the paint dries.
