PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DUAYEN PULAC X1 is a two-component, solvent-based, top coat flooring material with high UV resistance, consisting of aliphatic polyurethane resin-based main material and hardener. It is a two-component material that is waterproof, resistant to sea water, chemicals, resistant to impact and friction, easy to clean, hygienic, used indoors and outdoors.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is used as a decorative topcoat on boats and ship interior decks in areas where high transparency and gloss resistance are required.
APPLICATION
Preliminary preparation: If the application will be made on polyurethane-based coating materials or epoxy coating, it should be done within a maximum of 10 hours, in the range of 6-8 hours, from the curing of the underlying material. During periods exceeding these hours, the floor should be sanded or roughened by mechanical methods.
The product does not need to be thinned with thinner, solvent, heated to reduce its viscosity, or added to any chemicals before use. It is suitable for use as a top coat for the repair of the worn floor covering system after use.
DUAYEN PULAC X1 aliphatic topcoat is packaged in two separate tin cans. All of the B component is poured into the main material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. The mixed product has a usage time of 60-120 minutes, which varies depending on humidity and temperature. The application is made with a brush, roller, paint gun suitable for varnish or with an airless machine with thinners recommended by our company. The applied surface should be protected from water until 18-24 hours. It is necessary to wait 18-24 hours between applications to be made in two layers.
