PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a two-component, pure polyurea system. It is 100% solvent free, 100% solid. The product, which is aromatic, does not form joints and grouts, has a soft, very elastic structure and antistatic properties.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The application area of the DUAYEN SPREY MS 960 System is very wide due to its superior characteristics. Applicable surfaces: concrete, steel, wood, metal, plastic, bitumen (tar), glass, ondulin sheets, tiles, geotextiles, non-woven fabrics, polyurethane etc. It can also be applied in creative applications.

APPLICATION
The material to be applied must be clean and dry, free from dust, oil and other contaminants. For the desired level of adhesion, suitable primers can be used to improve long-term adhesion stability and adhesion to metal surfaces. The surface of plastic materials should be cleaned, mold release agents that may be found on the surface should be removed. Abrading and sanding the surface can increase adhesion.

•Application method: 2 coats, without waiting.
•Smooth floor ensures less consumption. There should be no large patches or protrusions on the surface. When correcting deteriorated floor and wall surfaces, care should be taken to ensure that the pores are as few as possible in order to prevent bubbles from forming on the surface, and the surface should be free of substances such as rust, dust and oil. After the correction process, Duayen Primer suitable for the floor should be used.
•Concrete surfaces must be mechanically compact/sturdy and resistant to 1.4 MPa flexural-tensile forces.
• Duayen Spray can be applied to the newly poured concrete after 28 days.
• Moisture rate in the concrete must be controlled. Maximum humidity can be 4%.
• If the surface is new and weather conditions are suitable, Duayen Spray can be applied directly without applying a primer.
• It is important for a safe application that the application floor temperature is 3°C above the dew point temperature of the air.
• If the air temperature is below +8°C, Duayen Epoxy primer must be applied.
•Spray application may be very soft or hard at the beginning depending on the floor temperature. The product starts to gain strength after 1-2 hours and reaches 95% strength values after one day. After a week, it reaches its full values.
• If the concrete requires a vapor membrane, it must be applied before Duayen Spray.
•Steel surfaces must be sandblasted. ISO 8501-1, smoothness grade R≤130-170μm.
• It is obligatory to sandblast the tile surfaces. After sandblasting, thin Duayen Epoxy primer should be applied and then Duayen Spray should be applied.
