PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a 100% solvent-free, 100% content, two-component elastomeric system in aromatic structure. It is very resistant to climatic aging. Colors may also fade due to the sun, but they are not structurally damaged. It takes the shape of the surface by creating a perfect surface as a single parka on the applied surface.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
MS 800 SPRAY SYSTEM application areas are wide due to its high characteristics and it is designed to be effective especially on unprotected surfaces or structures to reduce the explosion effect. It is applied to partial metal coatings of armored vehicles, anti-blast barriers and to reduce post-explosion parts. Application surfaces are mainly concrete and steel. Thanks to its waterproof feature, it is also used in industrial floor coverings (Food and Industrial sectors, farms, parking areas, train wagons and ship industry).

It can be easily applied to existing vehicles and structures and can be used to make them suitable for war zones (however, high-strength steels can be preferred during the design phase) Thick coatings show less deformation than thin coatings (Picture 2) It has excellent thermal shock resistance (-40°C - +200). °C)
APPLICATION
Application method: 1 layer from top to bottom, 1 layer on the right and left, 2-5 layers in total (depending on the final thickness) according to the pressing method. A smooth surface should be preferred for minimum consumption. The surface must be clean, concrete surfaces must be mechanically sound and compact. Duayen Spray systems can only be applied 28 days after concrete is poured. The moisture content of the concrete should be controlled and the moisture percentage should be at most 4%. If there is no moisture on the surface, Duayen Spray System can also be used directly without a primer. If the surface is covered with ice, if there is hidden clouding, no application should be made. If the air temperature is below 8°C, it is recommended to use a suitable primer. The surface temperature to be applied should be +3 degrees above the Dew Point temperature. If there is a need, it must be applied before the Duayen Spray System.
Steel surface must be sandblasted, Sa 2,5 (ISO 8501-1), smoothness R≤130-170μm.
